1. Please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your artwork or skecth, specs, special demands and contact methods etc or just fill out the Please fill in this form to setup your account form.
2. As soon as receiving your artwork or skecth, we will create it into an embroidered sample based on your specs and then send you a digital image of the sample via email within 5 hours at the most.
3. If you are not happy with the sample, remember, you will be able to ask for any adjustments with no charge until you are 100% satisfied with final product.
4. Once you approve the sample, we willl send you the quote informtion with the quote#, price, special option and quanity within half an hour for your confirmation. Then if all our quote informatiom is acceptable to you, you will start making the payment by linking our payment page and following the instructions.
5. Our accounting department will inform us to arrange starting production on your entire orders and send back to you a confirmation as soon as we receive your payment.
6. All our patches will be checked by our Quality Control Department before going out to make sure the quality is the best,quantity is right and everything else for the order is attached together.
7. If you really need the patches very urgently, we can provide 2-3days rush lead time with no other charge. Our normal lead time is 4-5 business days and all our orders are shipped by Fedex.
